Sony Zylo Walkman Phone Comes with Pre-loaded Spoof Background Noise

Sony Ericsson Zylo combines the music power of the Walkman phones with social networking and will launched in the third quarter of 2010.

Sony Ericsson Zylo also has pre-loaded background noise, so that you can pretend you are an office, walking on the street or in a restaurant. Sony Ericsson Zylo owners play their favorite tune in the background while talking on the handset.

Sony Ericsson Zylo users can catch up with friends at just a touch of a button on Twitter to Facebook, while still listening to their favorite music on the Walkman player. TrackID lets users see the name and artist of a track they hear playing wherever they are. This function has proved popular with music lovers world-wide with 129million TrackID lookups in 2009 alone.

Sony Ericsson Zylo has a human curvature design that is now consistent across the whole Sony Ericsson portfolio.

Other features include photo sharing on Flickr and Picasa and uploading video clips to YouTube with two clicks. It works with MS Active Sync and Google Maps.

Sony Ericsson Zylo with Walkman will be available in selected markets from early Q3 in the colours Jazz Black, Chacha Silver and Swing Pink.
